24 hours of open innovation, solving challenges set by different innovative companies. This sums up the Innova&Acción Business Challenge, a 24-hour marathon that combined creativity, innovation and good energy.
SPB participated in this challenge and were joined by other companies such as GAC, Zumex, Miarco or Rusticae. The participants, previously picked young talent were put into teams and each team had to face different challenges. They had help from senior mentors, experts in innovation dynamics such as Lean Business Design, Human Centered or Design Thinking.
The Galileo team and the Newton team were appointed to SPB. The purpose of this challenge was to transform user expecience. Set from a product and packaging point of view, this "challenge" was solved by both teams with two different and very interesting proposals. They had the support of Juan Francisco Carró as a mentor and Víctor Donet as a collaborator.
The jury was constituted by Bruno Broseta, Victoria Majadas and Javier Echaleku who were in charge of choosing the winning team. The awarded team was The Da Vinci team, asigned to the company Miarco. The Galileo team proposal for SPB was second best, the jury and all the other companies appreciated and valued their propositions.
